Breakfast like a king!

Water, water, water.
Water is essential to our wellbeing, so make sure you drink at least 8 glasses a day. And try to drink at least 1 glass each morning after you wake up. The best way to do this? Place the glass of water by your bed the night before!

Check your weight.
Maintain a healthy weight by taking your age, sex, height and hereditary into account. Consult a dietician at least once to determine your ideal weight, then keep to it.

Eat anything, moderately.
You can eat almost anything, but in reasonable portions. Don’t worry too much about what you can and what you can’t. As long as the portions are moderate, you may indulge sometimes. Make the changes slowly.
Don’t try to change your diet overnight! Changing too much, too fast will only make you feel like you cannot achieve it and give up. Go gradually and you will find the changes easier and you might even begin to like the changes too!
